# Consulta a Processos do IFSP - abertos a partir de 01/12/2007 até 15/04/2018

> ##### Nesse período, os processos físicos passaram a ter o NUP (Número Único de Protocolo) gerado no SIGA (Sistema Integrado de Gestão Administrativa) e o registro dos dados se assemelhava a um livro de protocolo.

> ##### Quando no primeiro trimestre de 2018 foi implantado o módulo de Processos Eletrônicos no Suap (Sistema Unificado de Administração Pública), todos esses processos existentes no SIGA foram migrados para o Suap, porém, com as seguintes informações:

##### Onde consultar os processos originados no SIGA?


##### Passo 1 - Fazer login no Suap com seu usuário e senha;


##### Passo 2 - No menu lateral do Suap, clicar em DOCUMENTOS/PROCESSOS, em seguida em Processos Físicos e na guia Processos, conforme indicado na imagem a seguir:

##### Passo 3 - Escolha a Guia Meus Processos ou Todos e insira dados nos campos de Filtros:

a) Campo Texto, você pode informar:

b) Campo Situação. escolha se souber em que status está o processo, caso contrário, deixe em branco:

b) Inserir as palavras-chave no campo Texto ou o NUP (é mais difícil ter o nº do processo)
